A couple of things that save everyone time.

Conversion looks wrong?Tell us the exact input you typed and which tool page you were on — that's usually enough to reproduce it.
Audio not playing?Most browsers block sound until you've clicked something on the page once — try pressing play again.
Tool request?Tell us the encoding/cipher by name; if there's enough interest it gets added to the Base64/Hex/Caesar matrix.
